Whalley New Road
This development incorporated commercial units to the ground floor with residential apartments to the above 3 floors. Specialist foundations in the form of pile and RC beams where needed due to adverse soil conditions. A braced steel first floor was incorporated to allow an open office space to the ground floor with the remainder of the structure being a traditional masonry wall and concrete floor design.
