As the structural engineer we were commissioned to carry out the full design services for the construction of 52 individually designed 3 storey town houses and 2 large steel framed mixed use apartment blocks to the frontage of the site. This site had many problems to overcome including the use of incorporated retaining walls to the properties at ground level, flood risk situations and an existing canal running parallel to the site at an elevated level.
