We were recently appointed as the lead structural engineer to carry out the full structural design for a domestic new build. The design catered for all the structural elements including linked steel portal frames to provide a large external canopy eating/dining area.
We were appointed as the structural engineer to carry out the full structural appraisal which included all the new foundations, masonry panels, load bearing wall, vaulted roof structures and internal trimming details to all the new floors.
The photographs show the new internal mezzanine being placed to facilitate a new cafe and worship areas. We carried out the full structural design of the mezzanine floor including the connection and pile and ring beam foundations.
