REAR EXTENSION WITH LARGE BIFOLD DOORS AND GLAZING
Here are a few photographs of a recent rear extension that we carried out all the structural design calculations and drawings. This included all the foundation designs, steel beam and large glazing support details.

Rear Extension with vaulted roofs and cranked windows
Here are a few photos of a recently designed extension for a client. We had to carry out structural cranked frame designs to cater for the feature bi-fold doors along with a vaulted ceiling to maximise light and height.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, LONDON
We have recently been engaged as the lead structural engineer for a residential development that required the design assessment for an additional storey over an existing building. The main design work entailed carrying out the structural assessment of the structural timber walls and assessment of the existing loads fro the additional building.
DOMESTIC CONVERSION OF VICTORIAN VILLA
We have recently completed the full structural design for the total refurbishment of a Victorian villa which encompassed a loft conversion, rear extension and extensive internal structural alterations.
