We have recently been instructed for the above project as the chosen structural engineer in London. The conceptual design included a pile and ring beam foundation and then the associative steel frame and timber clad framing design for the two individually designed new builds.
We have recently been instructed as the main structural engineer to carry out the full structural appraisal and design of all the internal alterations. The designs for the alterations included the provision of a steel work frame to allow the existing large timber trusses to be cut to make way for a further floor. Additional designs also have to be carried out to form a space frame for a protruded boxed floor area and a feature stairwell.

We have been chosen as the lead structural engineer to design a new office and water bottling plant. the design incorporates a steel portal frame with internal mezzanines. the foundations that have been designed include a pile and ring beam design. Retaining walls have also been designed to cater for a new link road.
We were instructed as the structural engineer to design the alterations and extensions to a fire damaged school in Oxfordshire. The design detail included a steel portal frame design with cranked canopy areas. Other detail included the design for the removal of existing internal load bearing walls and the designs of all the necessary masonry panels and piers to facilitate these steel beams and large window openings.
