THESE BARNS ARE GOING TO BE REMODELED AND REFURBISHED TO CONVERT INTO DOMESTIC PROPERTIES.

We were recently awarded the contract as the lead structural engineer to carry out the design of a small span bridge for a private client who required an existing farm access bridge to be renewed and upgraded to allow for the passage of tractors and emergency vehicles.

THE DESIGN INCORPORATES THE DESIGN OF CANTILEVERED STAIRCASES, WIND PORTAL FRAMES FOR LARGE BIFOLD DOOR OPENINGS AND NUMEROUS STEEL BEAMS TO ALLOW FOR THE REMOVAL OF INTERNAL LOAD BEARING WALLS AND FLOORS.
We have recently been chosen as the lead structural engineers to carry out the full refurbishment and new build designs. The design includes the addition of a new floor within the existing grade listed church. The structural engineering also encompasses a new large glass box extension that has also includes a cantilevered first floor area.
