We were recently commissioned to carry out the full structural design for the above feature television program.  The main work included the design of cantilevered corner windows and numerous steel beam designs.

We have recently been appointed the lead structural engineer for a mixed used apartment block in central London for all structural engineering design aspects.  The main work include basement retaining wall and slab designs, multi storey steelwork framing for the main building.  All this is to be carried out whilst the main facade of the building is left in place.

These are 3D visuals of a recent project we were engaged as the lead structural engineer to carry out the full structural design package for a large rear extension to a grade listed building refurbishment.  The main structural design work included the foundations, steel beams, timber frames walls and goal post arrangements for the lack or structural wind bracing walls. It also included the design of steelwork to support the large bi-fold doors to the rear aspect.

We have been engaged as the lead structural engineer to carry out the full design of an individually designed dwelling in Kent with numerous structural issues that needed to be resolved.  The main structural designs included, basement designs and retaining walls, a swimming pool and a light weight steel clad framed building with cantilevers and large canopies to cater for.

We were appointed as the structural engineer to carry out the full structural appraisal which included all the new foundations, masonry panels, load bearing wall, vaulted roof structures and internal trimming details to all the new floors.

The attached photographs are further progress on a recent refurbishment project which we were selected as the structural engineer to carry out all the structural steel and timber designs. The photographs show the timber trusses that we have designed; this included removing parts of the existing timber trusses to allow for a new lower floor level.

We have recently been appointed as the lead structural engineer in Erith, London to carry out all the internal alteration structural design work and extension designs. This work mainly consists of steel beam and column designs to cater for the removal of the existing chimneys and internal load bearing walls.
