We were recently engaged to carry out all the internal structural design work to cater for the removal of the internal load bearing walls and the inclusion of large bi-fold doors. The designs included all the foundations, masonry panel, steel beams and bearing pad designs.
We have been engaged as the lead structural engineer to carry out the full design of an individually designed dwelling in Kent with numerous structural issues that needed to be resolved. The main structural designs included, basement designs and retaining walls, a swimming pool and a light weight steel clad framed building with cantilevers and large canopies to cater for.
We were recently appointed as the lead structural engineer to carry out the full structural design for a domestic new build. The design catered for all the structural elements including linked steel portal frames to provide a large external canopy eating/dining area.
We were appointed as the structural engineer to carry out the full structural appraisal which included all the new foundations, masonry panels, load bearing wall, vaulted roof structures and internal trimming details to all the new floors.
The photographs show the new internal mezzanine being placed to facilitate a new cafe and worship areas. We carried out the full structural design of the mezzanine floor including the connection and pile and ring beam foundations.
The attached photographs are further progress on a recent refurbishment project which we were selected as the structural engineer to carry out all the structural steel and timber designs. The photographs show the timber trusses that we have designed; this included removing parts of the existing timber trusses to allow for a new lower floor level.
We have recently been instructed as the structural engineers to carry out the assessment of the fire damaged building and then supply all the necessary calculations for the refurbishment works. This included timber beam and column designs along with the design for a new roof due to extensive damage.
We have recently been appointed as the lead structural engineer in Erith, London to carry out all the internal alteration structural design work and extension designs. This work mainly consists of steel beam and column designs to cater for the removal of the existing chimneys and internal load bearing walls.
We have recently been appointed as the lead structural engineer for this London project. The main work to be carried out is for the removal of load bearing internal walls and some redevelopment work to create a roof terrace and large indoor/outdoor space.
We have recently been appointed as the lead structural engineer in London on the attached scheme. The main works and designs are to allow the upper two floors to be converted into apartments whilst ensuring that design checks are carried out to ensure that the retail space at ground floor level can remain unchanged and open during the works.
